Peeral stands for:

- To inform and entertain the Fulfulde-speaking population (more than 65 millions)
- To promote cultural exchanges between the various groups of Fulfulde-speaking population (in more than 22 countries)

- Support the efforts of unification and modernization of the Fulfulde language.
- Support literacy efforts by providing a variety of reading and teaching materials (online and in print)

-Teach individuals or groups who may have interest in learning the language.
- Contribute to the availability and the presence of Fulfulde content on the Web.

-Translate into Fulfulde from major languages such as English, French and Arabic and vice versa.
-Promote democracy and good governance

-Fight against the spread of chronic diseases  through effective communication of information
